A Virtual International Conference on Innovative Computational Intelligence, ICICI’21 was conducted by the Department of Computer Applications, Francis Xavier Engineering College in association with Institution Innovation Council and International journal of Cybernetics and Informatics (IJCI) through Online platform. The Inaugural ceremony started with a prayer by Mr.A.Arul Amalraj, AP/MCA and Mr. D. Stanley welcomed the gathering. Mrs.D.Angeline Ranjithamani, HOD/MCA released the Conference Proceedings. In the Inauguration, Keynote Speaker address of Mr. Kumar Ramakrishnan, Business Relationship Manager, TATA Consultancy Services, Texas, USA in the topic “Insights in the Industry”  and Dr. T. Samaraj Lawerence, AP/IT, College of Engineering and Technology, Dambi Dalo University, Ethiopia in the topic ”Recent advance in Computer Science and Information technology” was presented to the participants. Vote of Thanks was given by Mrs. J. Abalin Luther,AP/MCA. Research scholars, Students and Academicians registered for the international conference.

After the Inaugural, the participants were divided into two groups, first group was Chaired by Prof. Academics, Dr. L. R. Priya, Prof./ECE and Mrs.D.Angeline Ranjithamani, AP & HOD/MCA. Second group was Chaired by Mr.D. Stanley, AP / MCA and Mrs. J. Abalin Luther, AP/ MCA. Research scholars, Students and Academicians presented their findings in the conference and shared their knowledge.

In the Valedictory function, the best papers award was presented to the participants. The papers were.

                    Dr. V. Velmurugan, Principal, Francis Xavier Engineering College gave the Presidential Address. The Keynote Speaker address of  Dr. V. Saravanan, AP/CSE, College of Engineering and Technology, Dambi Dalo University, Ethiopia in the topic” Things to be known in Journal Publications” was presented to the participants.
