   DEPARTMENT OF ENGLISH

 Communication skills Laboratory is designed to help students hone proficiency in English Language. The special focus is given to facilitate students adhere to  the usage of correct expression, sound, accent and pronunciation etc. The students are trained in areas such as Group Discussion Presentation, Interview Techniques so as to help them present themselves with their counter parts word wide. The utmost importance is given to help them develop the four basic skills – LSRW, which is Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. This Lab certainly helps the students to improve their proficiency.

 DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS

 The core objective of the department is to impart logical thinking, analytical reasoning and problem solving skills; to equip students with more technological skills and scientific computing techniques based on mathematical methods; to introduce realistic application of Mathematics in related sciences; and to enable the students to appreciate the intrinsic aspects of mathematics. The faculties of Mathematics are widening the vistas of rich knowledge to UG and PG students and deepening their aptitude in Graph Theory, Operation Research, Queuing Theory, Random Process, Mathematical transformations, Differential equations, Calculus etc., They play a vital role in building students’ confidence and making them proficient in problem solving capability. Students are motivated to practice aptitude related problems through an online portal (Skill rack), by which students can improve their problem solving skills (which helps them to perform well in competitive exams) and programming skills.

DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS 

 The Department of Physics prepares the students to apply Physics in their Engineering field. Physics laboratory is equipped  with instruments like Ultrasonic interferometer, Spectrometer, Lee’s  Disc, Traveling microscope,  Band gap experimental set up, Air-wedge experimental set up, B-H curve Apparatus, Burette, Capillary tube, Carey foster’s bridge set up Torsion pendulum set up, Diode  laser & optical fiber.

DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY

 The chemistry discipline nurtures scientific bent of mind in our students, guide them and mould them in to responsible Engineers. The Chemistry Laboratry is equipped with instruments like Digital conductivitymeter, Digital potentiometer, Digital pH meter, Spectrophotometer and Flame photometer.
