Programme Details:

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering Conducted a Webinar on the topic Career in IT Industry on 27-02-2021 by Er. Indira Subramanian, (Alumnus), Senior System Engineer, Infosys Limited, Mysore. Dr. E. Manohar, introduced and welcome the resource person. The resource person thanked the management for giving her this opportunity. She gave lecture about the efforts that the students should put to get into the IT Industry. She also gave ideas for choosing the area of interest in IT industry. She lectured about how to develop the skills through her personal experience. She threw light about the various way of getting into the IT Industry. She gave tips and tricks to crack the interviews. She also lectured about the various IT Jobs and the various IT roles. She stressed about the skills expected by the IT companies. The resource person shared about the current trends in the IT companies. She had an interaction session with the students. The students asked various questions to her and she answered all the questions asked by the students. Dr. Yesubai Rubavathi gave the vote of thanks. The programme was coordinated by Dr. E.
